Andrew Pierce, Ashley Hudson and the Hamburg community knew that they would not go back. Ashley aged 17 at the time and had never been in previously had a romantic relationship, took the time to get acquainted. But, it was romance at first sight. Andrew asked God on New Year's Day, just before 2016 began. Andrew requested God to grant him one last blessing for the year to see Ashley say yes and get married. Ashley wanted to have the wedding with a rustic, folk theme which reflected her as well as Andrew. Andrew and Ashley incorporated their most loved things to create the perfect wedding. Ashley's family owned 40 acres in the backyard. The trail that they took down to the field where the couple proposed in Ashley was a keen observer and played around on it. Andrew and Ashley have also visited the location many times before they got married. The couple took on the bulk of the work themselves which is why personalizing it is essential. Andrew's father and Ashley and Ashley created the wedding ceremony and arches for the seats. Ashley made and painted several of the wedding decors. Ashley states, "Our wedding would not be the unforgettable experience that I had always envisioned were Anna's gorgeous floral arrangements had not been put in place." Simply stunning.
