Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza, a stunning actress who is a legend on television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and an Irish American mother, were both born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 1977. She moved to Texas to pursue a career as a physical therapist in the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas into Orlando, Florida where she performed various performances. They included local independent film productions as well as international commercials. Despite having small roles she discovered her passion in acting. After 2001, she relocated in New York where her first role was on All My Children's soap opera as Rosa Santos. Through the first half of 2000 she was a small part in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first major part came in the year 2004 on the short dramatic The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV stars such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Mitch Pileggi. The most memorable part of her career came in 2006 on Law & Order where she appeared as A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. The character she played on her Law & Order: LA spinoff was a short-lived. De La Garza was nominated for several Awards, including the Best Supporting Actress on TV from the Imagen Foundation Awards as well as numerous ALMA Award nominations. She received an Impact Award in 2008 for her exceptional performance in a dramatic television series from National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza landed a regular role on CSI Miami a few moments afterwards. Her role was Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. She played Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's Dark drama Do No Harm. After a couple of episodes the series was ended. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She has an Italian father and younger brother Cory which is a year younger than her. She was raised in an extremely religious and conservative family. Milano's professional career started at seven, after her child's sitter took for an audition. Her audition was among over 1,000 people who applied. She was selected to be one of the four girls. Milano was featured in television ads, Off-Broadway productions as well as in the American first-ever premiere of Jane Eyre.
